Nightmare I took my vehicle in due to a small knocking/clunking noise believing to be the left front strut. My husband and I end up paying nearly $1800 for parts/services that we were told was needed, even after my husband rode with the Technician. Come to find out, the noise is still there. Great Service Manager--Work in Progress Joe Johnson, the service manager, is really good. He is willing to go the extra mile for the customer and to get things right. I had been told elsewhere I needed work on my rear brakes, so I asked Don Davis to take care of that. Joe came back and told me that my brakes are fine and will not need any work for a while. That is terrific. They are working on getting the small stuff right. My car was not pulled up after completion, and they lost my wheel lock key, but they grabbed the car quickly once they realized, and they gave me a new key. I cannot ask for more. More
