Very I suffcient service I have given the rating I have, due to constant issues with timely service. I have never been in to get a oil change and been out in less than 2 hours I have given the rating I have, due to constant issues with timely service. I have never been in to get a oil change and been out in less than 2 hours. I went in yesterday at 11 for a oil change, and noticed it was the slowest I have ever seen. Even the gentlemen helping me said “You picked a great time to come, we should have you in and out”. To me that was great news due to me being on lunch break. Couple hours later and I am still waiting. I didn’t leave until after 2 that afternoon. Meanwhile you have multiple employees walking around, having a great ol time while you have multiple people complaining about the service and the length of time taken to do so. More
