Better communication is needed. I have been here twice, first time they honored my SA with the proper oil type. This time they did regular oil. Jo Wren rocks! I worked with Jo Wren, she went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I went in last Saturday since I o I worked with Jo Wren, she went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I went in last Saturday since I only have the weekends to take my vehicle in and was told rudely by a different service person that I had to leave my car and they would look at it to diagnose Tuesday afternoon and that I could pay out of pocket for a rental in the meantime. I went in Monday at 7, Jo got me a rental for the day, made it to work on time, and vehicle was ready by the afternoon and ready for pickup. Absolutely Outstanding! More
