Recall I made appointment which I have to make it twice because it noted the first time,I made it because my car needed a recall fix. During drop off of my c I made appointment which I have to make it twice because it noted the first time,I made it because my car needed a recall fix. During drop off of my car was great but when it was time to pick up my vehicle was when I ran into a issue. When I dropped off my vehicle the salesman said it would only take a day, a day went by no call so I said since it was Goid Friday holiday I will call on that Monday so Monday came it’s 4 o clock no call from the dealership to come pick up my car. I called left a message for salesman that check me in, he call me back (this is the kicker) and stated that I had already came and pick my car up I stated no I have not. He stated that they didn’t have no record that I had ebven dropped it off, so they had lost my car. He stated he would call me when he found out what went wrong. He did call back and said it was in the place I left it, “I said in the Bay”? So I felt that since my car was lost I should have gotten my oil change I requested for free which I didn’t.Still today I have to take my car because my warning system wasn’t reset. More

Quick Visit Tire rotation with the dreaded clicking front rotor issue. I am surprised they charge for both a rotation and a balance, which was $50 bucks!! Are yo Tire rotation with the dreaded clicking front rotor issue. I am surprised they charge for both a rotation and a balance, which was $50 bucks!! Are you joking? One of the rear wheels is not fully balanced but i only notice it around 48mph. Service guy was good however the service manager was a joke. I asked what they did to fix the clicking noise and he said "retorqued things down". The receipt said no problem found and i look at my dusty wheels to see none of the bolts on the rotors had been touched. What was retorqued then? Well, it isnt clicking right now so that is a good thing. Only time will tell. I also had the service shifter light....in which they said an update to the ECU for the transmission would fix. So far, yes, but I did notice that the transmission shifts a little rougher now, when cold. Again, only time will tell. More
