Cesar was not very polite when dealing with my issue. . makes me think they did not even check my lights, I was in and out in 20 minutes and all he said is that is could be a short in the system. My score could change based on how Shannon Buice handles my return visit. I brought vehicle in with suspected oil leak, after 3 days of looking, your techs concluded there was no leak. Based on this conclus my return visit. I brought vehicle in with suspected oil leak, after 3 days of looking, your techs concluded there was no leak. Based on this conclusion I then decided to spend $1200 on a combination of new key fob, brakes and pads, and fluid flushes to then pick the jeep up a week later, climb under it at the dealership and see oil still leaking from underneath. It’s visible and easily found if you actually look. I suspect a rear main seal leak but we are now doing a dye test to confirm. Conveniently, the vehicle is a few weeks out of the time limit for powertrain warranty. Disappointing across the board. Happy to discuss further. More

He let me know what the car needed, and what the car might need soon, but that wasn’t needed right away. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to pressure me and was just super informative. Then once we agreed on the repairs to be done, he kept me up to date on the timeline and completion. He even found that I had an open recall on my vehicle and got it taken care of at the same time. I may not have bought my Chrysler at Don Davis in Arlington, but I will definitely service my car here. And if everyone is as great as Manny, I’ll definitely start there when looking for my next vehicle! Great experience and a great team! More
