Great dealership with wonderful service advisor named Cesar! Very quick turn around on my car, and I waited in the very nice waiting room with snacks, drinks, comfortable chairs, charging station, TV and Cesar! I drove there specifically as it is a great dealership even though there was another one closer where I had not had such a good experience in the past. So highly recommend this service center! More
The agent that was assisting me took forever to take care of my maintenance on my car. My vehicle was ready and the rep was just sitting down eating and talking. I got up and went to the desk to pay and even the Hispanic girl I told her I had to go and she stated you have to wait for your agent. Very unprofessional customer service. They need to have a sense of urgency. The agent didn’t go over my warranty or anything. More
Just an FYI for any and all DFW/Arlington peeps. The Service Manager at DonDavis Dodge (Collins and Lamar) in Arlington is an outright liar. Avoid that shop at all costs. Long story short, the shop we took it to had to take it to Don Davis to get the transmission reprogrammed. - Don Davis Service Department let it sit in their lot for THREE weeks. - Don Davis Service Department would not answer calls or emails for THREE weeks. It took me going over there as the secondary customer to find out what was going on. The Don Davis Service Department drones and the Service Manager (Joe Johnson) himself let me stand there for 10 minutes, walking by me several times...before a young gentleman finally asked me how my day was going. Service Manager Joe Johnson denied having been called - a lie. The did the work, rushed the other shop manager straight to the cashier---and lied about a) that they had not driven it and b) it was not driving right. And moreover, Don Davis Service Manager Joe Johnson continuously insulted the other shop manager when he (the shop manager) was just making sure the work was actually done. And to top it off, Don Davis Service Manager Joe Johnson said he helped me right away and that I didn't have to wait at all. Don Davis Service Manager Joe Johnson is an old school dealership con man and a liar. We actually bought this car at Don Davis Dodge, but we won't cast a shadow on their doorstep ever again. More

Although i am not happy that my Ram was in the shop for almost 2 months waiting for a new transmission, I am satisfied with my service i received from Manny. It is frustrating that i paid for a $900 transmission service when a week later my Ram was back in the shop with the same issues and then it needed a new transmission. More
