I rate the dealership is fair because they had a good variety of cars. At the time I thought the salesman Mal was being honest about the condition of the car and having it fully inspected before I bought variety of cars. However, after leaving the lot, the air pressure light went on for the front right tire. Then we put air pressure in that tire and within 90 miles of the dealership the back tire blew out. Also, Dallas in finance told me it was required to have the tire repair plan, which added almost $2,000 to my financing. However, after speaking with my family attorney, this is not true. When I told him that, he said I have to call him back whenever I get an account number and he will remove it. Lies! Why was is required but now it can be removed? Clay Cooley Cadillac is not a recommendation for me. More

In my 25 years of leasing cars this was the worst car delivery, buying experience and after the sale customer service i have ever been through. Only thing I liked about this purchase was the price of t delivery, buying experience and after the sale customer service i have ever been through.
