If you need service, RUN from this dealership. Always seems there is a shortage of employees in the service department. Too many cars need service. Read other reviews, please. Be prepared to overpay for unnecessary fees and a sales team that is ready to lie to you. If you request to remove the fees, they end all communication with you by refusing calls and ignoring emails. I do team that is ready to lie to you. If you request to remove the fees, they end all communication with you by refusing calls and ignoring emails. I do not recommend interacting with Adrian Pineda or WIlliam Beattie, take your business elsewhere. To summarize the experience in one word, this dealership is sleazy. More

They have lost me as a service customer, I have purchased several vehicles from Young and my parents have back when it was Taylor Chevrolet. More
horrible service overcharged misdiagnosed incredible lack of customer care, myriads of phone calls unanswered, blatant lies on the bill, truck misfiring the reason for bringing it in, after 5 weeks of delay of customer care, myriads of phone calls unanswered, blatant lies on the bill, truck misfiring the reason for bringing it in, after 5 weeks of delay and 5000 $ in bills, truck stalled on exiting the shop. Another 400 for fuel pump. Manager absolutely rude. Excessive billing, like 700 labor for replacing oxygen sensor. Total disaster, dont come in . More
