Brought my 2017 F150 truck in to check out why it has puff of smoke on start up. After it sat there for a week I was notified that it was out of warranty and required $10,000 to repair. Terrible experience. Dropped car off at 8a for mfg recall item and made three calls and one email after 3p trying to get status. Was advised of “other” sugg work and agreed to one of them and had to make operator get someone live to talk to as I had to have car next day. Was told that a part on extra item wouldn’t be in until next day so I reminded I needed car and to forget the extra item and would pick car up. Then I was told they hadn’t done the recall work that I dropped car off 9 hrs earlier for. Was told to give them about 30 mins and I could pick up. They didn’t get to scheduled service but they had time to go over car and come up with about 10 things and about $1,000 in work I should have done. Won’t even trust them to do an oil change going forward, More
