I made an appointment for an oil change. I also requested a car wash upon arrival. It took almost four hours to get my truck back. I went to check at the three hour mark to see what the delay was. I walked a a car wash upon arrival. It took almost four hours to get my truck back. I went to check at the three hour mark to see what the delay was. I walked around the back of the dealership to find my truck parked. I asked the service guy if my truck was going to get washed. He told me that they would be pulling it in for washing in 5-10 minutes. So I go back into the waiting area, after 30 minutes or so of waiting, I walk back around to the back of the dealership to still see my truck parked. I was not happy. I told the service guy to bring my truck around so I could leave. No apologies for the wait and I had to leave without getting my truck washed. More
