I find it hard to believe that it takes 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and a car wash. I know things are tough right know but you need to step up you game in the service dept. They took a while to get me checked in for my oil change. They had no shuttle as I needed one and have got rides by shuttle multiple times before. Their service was very slow. Wonderful car buying experience at Don Davis Ford in Arlington. After visiting a handful of dealerships in the surrounding area & not having any luck in buying the vehicle we wanted at a price point sui Arlington. After visiting a handful of dealerships in the surrounding area & not having any luck in buying the vehicle we wanted at a price point suitable for our budget, we decided to make a trip to Don Davis Ford. So glad we did. We were met outside by a friendly young man named Garrett who put us in contact with Jared Taylor/Sales Consultant, who is amazing. He is efficient, knows the inventory & was super helpful in assisting us with the beautiful Ford Escape we saw on their website. Great team. He worked hard in making our car purchase go smoothly. When it got down to the paperwork, we met with Ryan Butler/Finance Manager who got us an affordable rate that worked for us. He is terrific. The entire team at Don Davis Ford is fantastic at what they do, they go above & beyond in customer service satisfaction and we are very pleased with our gorgeous new Ford. Thanks guys! More
