While heading home Tuesday evening, I realized my driver-rear tire was low on pressure. I got home and there was a large screw embedded in my tire. I contacted Roadside Assistance via the FordPass Ap driver-rear tire was low on pressure. I got home and there was a large screw embedded in my tire. I contacted Roadside Assistance via the FordPass App. Louis was at my home within 35mins and putting the spare tire on my car. I texted Jazmin (my sales rep) who contacted Krystal (service dept) that I would be in early for a tire replacement. Krystal was there when I arrived, provided me a status update with price (no charge thanks to Caregard) & had me out of there within 90 mins. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and communication. More
