Brought truck in to detect and remedy hesitation and engine clatter at idle. Replaced plugs and wires, but tech must not have determined or recreated the clatter/hesitation issue. They need to take more pride in customer service, along with clean the vehicle, after complete work, like wiping it down on the inside.
