This dealership is one of THE WORST I’ve ever dealt with, and Ive bought lots of cars!! Your service dept is DESPICABLE!! Does no good whatsoever to have an appt, because it means nothing! Average 3 hour and Ive bought lots of cars!! Your service dept is DESPICABLE!! Does no good whatsoever to have an appt, because it means nothing! Average 3 hours to get a simple oil change... WITH AN APPT!!!! What good does it do??? None of your service advisors know what they’re doing, your sakesnaen are never there more than a month....something is bad wrong with management!!! The service lady was awesome - Elizabeth but I had valuable stuff stolen from underneath the back seat - which was concealed. When I brought to attention of the management- I was treated like I did s valuable stuff stolen from underneath the back seat - which was concealed. When I brought to attention of the management- I was treated like I did something wrong. You expect leaving your 70k vehicle with a n organization that it would be locked and protected at all times. It was not and apparently this has happened previously and management does not have a solution - cameras don’t to work either. Good luck on your next visit. More
