I had an absolutely incredible experience the first time I can for service (oil change, tire rotation, minor service) which has had me come for subsequent visits. However, my last 2 visits haven't been as t I can for service (oil change, tire rotation, minor service) which has had me come for subsequent visits. However, my last 2 visits haven't been as thorough. The service department, although extremely professional and kind, seemed sloppy, not filling my washer fluid up, 2.5 hrs for a basic oil change. Overall, fair value with good-ish work. Nothing to recommend or make a big complaint about. More

I had a 7 am appointment. I arrived at about 6:50 and there were about 6 vehicles in front of me. The door did not open until 7:30. I had scheduled the appointment for an oil change and a state safety in there were about 6 vehicles in front of me. The door did not open until 7:30. I had scheduled the appointment for an oil change and a state safety inspection. It was finally completed at about 10:30. I was prepared to wait, but I never imagined it would be 4 hours. I think making appointments for 7 am when you don't open the doors until 7:30 is annoying. DId everyone have 7 am appointments? Either way the appointment system just a complete scam. I will drop off in the future since I can't depend on a reasonable wait otherwise. More
