Now my husband is known for being somewhat "difficult" as he is in commission sales, and knows all the tricks. Walter far exceeded any expectations we had about car dealerships! Both my husband and I both walked out, keys to a new ford in hand and said it was BY FAR the BEST experience we had purchasing a car EVER. Never once did we feel pressured, the price was fair and honest, no weird add ins, or surcharges. We received a very fair deal on a trade as well. We cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and the entire team we encountered, from Sales manager to finance. They for-sure earned a customer for life. More

Bo and Gus took great care of me. I went in for an inspection, and figured it was time to start looking for a new truck. My 2016 F-150 was over 108k miles and it was time to start looking. Gus and the team had the truck pulled up out front when we arrived. Took it for a drive, worked some numbers and ended up with a deal I couldn't pass up. Signed the papers that night and picked it up the next day. More
I am very upset! I came in Saturday @ 7:45am for an oil change and the recall fixed on my MKZ door latch (I received a letter). Sam the advisor never checked on me and to let me know my status. Around 10:45am i went to the check out and asked how much longer and what's the status. Sam came out and said oh the oil change is done and they about to start on your recall and it should only be 45 more mins. 12:15 he cone out and said they took your door apart but they didn't fix my recall because it's on back order till November. I am pissed at this point. I said so you just waste my whole morning for NOTHING. He said we about to wash your car and bring it out. around 1pm I finally got my car. I get in it and the floor was not vacuum. I'm pissed and left. I went to get something to eat and picked up my lil girl. I came back and said My car wasn't vacuum and I need my wipers replaced. Remind you he never went over the recommendations with me. He just gave me my paperwork and said have a good day. When I did came back they did vacuum my car and replaced my wipers for free. I felt a little better.. The advisor should update the customer and go over recommendations with them. This is bad customer service! No one should have to go through this out ALL. More

What should I start with first! The fact i called the day before and was told when I dropped the car off to mention red cap so the car could be dropped off at my house when done. I get there and was told that service is no longer as you are not a Lincoln dealer anymore, and told they would get the car done fast if I wanted to wait....5 mins into waiting Sam found me and asked if I knew the door code to unlock the car as he locked the keys in it while it was running. By the way I hadn't needed the number before as I haven't locked myself out yet. Also I then tried to unlock from the Lincoln app to discover that the modem inside the car was not working properly, so waited for another worker to get there to break into the car.....have to admit oil change was fast, but no typical hand washing or vacuuming of the car as what was always included in my service plan I purchased........ don't worry I have already talked to Lincoln customer service and never have to step a foot back on Don Davis property again! I wish this was the first time I've had bad service with Don Davis, but it wasn't! The only visit I enjoyed was when I purchased my car and the one visit for service when a Steven helped me out....
