I always have my truck serviced at this location. They usually do a good job. This time, there were a few issues. The wheel caps were not put back on properly. One was literally hanging by a single scr usually do a good job. This time, there were a few issues. The wheel caps were not put back on properly. One was literally hanging by a single screw. Also, the protective shield that is attached to the underside of the bumper (the area where a skid plate would go, was left hanging. These issues are cosmetic but it makes me wonder how well the actual work I took the truck in for was done. Marc Prestwood did a good job. I question the professionalism of the tech(s) who worked on my truck. More

I expect truthfulness from dealership offering online sales I found the truck online. Called to ask if anything was wrong with the truck, anything I needed to know. The answer was a resounding, "No," from three I found the truck online. Called to ask if anything was wrong with the truck, anything I needed to know. The answer was a resounding, "No," from three different people. They all said versions of, "I just got this truck, it was so-and-so's responsibility until just today." Strange answer, but usually when a dealership sells online, it is honest, since it will need to keep a good reputation to keep selling online. The truck bed had a new liner, brand new. That should have been a clue for me. The bottom of the bed is mush--literally, as if rocks had fallen from 50 feet into the bed, crushing it and turning it into, well, mush. I do not know what could have done this, but it was obviously not good for the truck. This may be trivial, but the radio is broken. This is not a deal-breaker (as the mutilated bed might have been); however, when asked, "Is there anything wrong with the truck?" at least one employee should have mentioned that the radio does not work. The dealership refused to negotiate, so I paid the asking price on the assumption the dealers were being truthful. I would not trust this dealership in the future. More
