Free oil change I was greeted very nicely, I was the second customer in line and upon the greeting I asked what the cost would be, he replied it would be free for the I was greeted very nicely, I was the second customer in line and upon the greeting I asked what the cost would be, he replied it would be free for the first year for my Lincoln Aviator. I was very pleased. The service advisor came out and I advised here that I had been told that my oil change would be free. She said she did not know about that but that she would check. She came back awhile later and gave me the bad news that it would be almost $40. I then asked about the replacement key covered under the insurance you provided me upon the purchase of this $75.000 car. She said it would take an hour, Second in line and I would have to wait an additional hour, why. She offered the free car wash but said it would be another 45 minutes additional. Slow, slow, slow. I hope I got the correct oil, It was only $5 a quart on the receipt Can you please confirm that I got the correct oil ? Thank you More
