He failed to greet me, introduce himself, ask how he could serve. He rudely asked, "Is that it?" He did ask for my signature on his dirty tablet - for which I was grateful. He failed to tell me my car was ready - after two hours of waiting I went to service advisor Elizabeth who was extremely courteous, pleasant, helpful, and took me to cashier, who was pleasant and courteous. More

Horrible experience thus far. I purchased my 2018 mustang gt performance pack from a Ford dealership in Waco. Had an issue with my vehicle cutting off. Seeing I live in Arlington i Took it to Don Davis on Ap gt performance pack from a Ford dealership in Waco. Had an issue with my vehicle cutting off. Seeing I live in Arlington i Took it to Don Davis on April 20. Ive Been getting the run around for a month and the only thing done is my oil pan is off. They claim i blew my engine because I have no oil in the engine, which is a lie. I checked the dipstick prior to towing it there. I was a Diesel mechanic in the military'. I provided everything to Larry Davis and it was excuse after excuse claiming Ford wont warranty it. I put 10 quarts of oil in my car. First it was my oil change receipts were generic. Then it was the vin number wasnt on oil change receipts. I asked the next step and was told I'd have to pay for a new engine for a car I just purchased November 12. car only has 24000 Miles on it.. Oil light never came on. I then called ford claims and it was escalated to the service manager. I was called by Larry Davis Wednesday May 13. He told me that the engine would be torn down they just needed permission and that it was 6.7 hours cost was 1039. If they found no damage from low oil they would warranty it. If not I'd have to pay. I agreed because I know I did not cause the breakdown. I was contacted today and only thing was done was oil pan removed with metal shavings. Thats not a complete engine teardown and how can you tell me 3 bearings were spun with an engine in the car still? Youre looking under an engine with a flashlight showing me shavings an oil pan. Rowdy Hickox you're a liar and you dont deserve your position. He claimed a bearing then recanted his statement saying he wasn't sure what it was when he saw that he was dealing with a somewhat educated customer. Ive constantly told you guys im paying for a rental out of pocket for one month and youre sitting on your butts lying and mistreating me. No loaner offered or anything. Ive spoken with employees at your dealership and others who informed me thats illegal and you guys can get fined. I will never do business here again and will strongly advise others not to as well. Im a loyal ford customer and many of my friends are.You guys doing business and treating a customer like this definitely will deter many people from buying a ford and the dealership itself. I was told that its not warrantied as of now. Stay away from Don Davis. The Gm down you guys are shady and non communicative. Im going to put the word out and tell everyone with a brain about this. Great way to treat veterans. More

My New, Same Old Car After 10 years it was time to replace my Edge. I called my salesman and he found a new Edge that fit my needs. Sadly, it was the same color, etc, as After 10 years it was time to replace my Edge. I called my salesman and he found a new Edge that fit my needs. Sadly, it was the same color, etc, as my old Edge. But, that just made it perfect. He was able to get me a great deal (I called it the "same old car" deal) and I drove it home the first time I saw it. I will be back to Don Davis sometime in the future. Maybe not 10 years, but sometime in the future. More
