Set up an appointment for the SYNC and was told that it will take 2.5 to 3 hours just to get it checked. And this is with an appointment time exactly when the SYNC technician is coming to Don Davis Arlingt will take 2.5 to 3 hours just to get it checked. And this is with an appointment time exactly when the SYNC technician is coming to Don Davis Arlington. After about 30 minutes the car did get checked and I was supposed to get a call when the part is available. This was 10 days ago and the needed part is apparently a very common issue. Tried check on the status on the phone but got transferred without even a word to where I am being transferred. Then I asked to speak with the supervisor of the service department and got transferred several times but didn't get to speak to the service department manager. I have no idea if the part has even been ordered. Very, very, very strange and surprisingly poor service. More
