For it to take 2 hours and 40 min to get a oil change and tire rotation . I was the first person in line at 7am the service advisor never to told me his name and never came to check with me to tell me about tire rotation . Got a call it would be $99 to c back seat and fix or do scheduled maintenance on anything covered under Maintenance Lease Agreement & courtesy wash! Got a call it would be $99 to check noise but if warranty work no charge, I passed! Went to pick up car & bill was $672, I was in shock! Did scheduled service stuff that they claim was not under program(think they are wrong). Refused to for anything besides Inspection & service manager approved! Brought me car as filthy as I brought it in—no courtesy wash—never going back & I have 2 Lincoln’s!!! More
