Short handed in service Currently, the dealership in an inconvenience to get to because of the road construction in the area but we bought two vehicles there last November. F Currently, the dealership in an inconvenience to get to because of the road construction in the area but we bought two vehicles there last November. For the last couple of months, the service department has been short-handed it seems and getting a return phone call has been days at times if at all. While everyone there is very friendly, it's a 30 min drive each way for me to get there and it took me 3 trips to get the parts needed for my new truck only to find out there is a manufacturing flaw in the tailgate on these trucks apparently and the new parts made no difference. I will most likely return to this dealership for service but I know now I will have to take a day off work to get anything done unless they hire more people. More

Quality experience for me on the buying side and the service side. I was lucky enough to meet high level bosses like Jim Brown (executive), Clark LeDoux (GMgr), Rowdy Hickok (Ser Mgr). No Communication! Waited over 2 weeks for a response and heard nothing. I then made 2 phone calls and left messages to return and advise status. Waited another week and called and left another message and followed up with an email with no response to either. I did not get a response until a called wanting to speak with someone over the service department. This was a company vehicle with high miles that we finally decided not to fix and just replace. If replaced with a Ford, we will be looking for a different dealership to use for service. More
