The service advisor did not explain all the associated costs prior to servicing the vehicle. My journey to purchase a car started around Thanksgiving. I knew the car i wanted along with the features I wanted. Made an appt to go see car and unfortunately it sold that morning and system wasn't updated. I was bummed but was surprised when they rolled out with a car that was better than what I went there for originally. As any car buying experience financing and negotiating takes its time but I would say that De'vonte, his manager, and the finance guy were all very professional. Even after the sale, De'vonte made sure I was taken care of. Really enjoy the complimentary Clay Cooley year package they give with any purchase. I would recommend shopping here because they willing to make deals to sell cars. More
