Terrible experience. My vehicle has been there for 2 months and nothings been done about it. Seemed like they just wanted me gone and never called me to update me about my vehicle. Steven in Service was exceptional, such a pleasant young man 1st oil change on my escape. Steven Lynn greeted me and explained the process. He was courteous, and professional. I had made the original appointment 1st oil change on my escape. Steven Lynn greeted me and explained the process. He was courteous, and professional. I had made the original appointment for December 20th, but when I got there, I was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. I told Steven this and he expedited my vehicle. The wait was about an hour. I am pleased with the service I received from Steven. More
