Poor work done on my F150 Brought my truck in for work. Then had to bring it back because they didn’t put it back together correctly. The oil drained out of the engine because Brought my truck in for work. Then had to bring it back because they didn’t put it back together correctly. The oil drained out of the engine because they didn’t do the job correctly. Since the oil drained while I was driving there is oil all over the bottom of my 2017 truck. I asked them to clean it since they are responsible for the oil being there. Of course they tell me absolutely they will clean it. Get a call saying my truck is ready. Brought my flash light because I have yet to get anything done correctly the first time. Sure enough the oil is all over the bottom still. So I had to leave the dealership without my truck again. Went ahead and picked my truck up for the second time and the oil clean up was done halfway. I’m so tried of dealing with this place that I just took my truck and left. More

Customer Service not good repair seems good Had F150 in for trans issue. Appt 7am. I called left msg for Mr Cox at noon. He called at 630pm to tell me they had found issue and will repair. Called ask for serv mgr at 2pm. 20mins on hold, spoke to office mgr. She did a good job. Called at 345pm for a ride, said I would be next, courtesy ride showed up at 630pm. Ask for explanation of repair and warranty and yet to hear from anyone to explain. More
Bad Service Worst service ever .i took my 2019 F250 King Ranch for safety recall, I had made an appointment, the service writer told me to wait in the lounge and Worst service ever .i took my 2019 F250 King Ranch for safety recall, I had made an appointment, the service writer told me to wait in the lounge and he would let me know when service was completed, I ask how long I would have to wait he said he did not know because they had not done one of the recalls yet. I said call me when the truck is ready,I called back about 21/2 hrs later and talked to a lady inquiring about my truck and was told the work was complete they were in process of inspecting the repairs. I went to the service Dept to pick up my truck and was told they had not started work on my truck because a specialized tech was needed to make repairs. I told the service writer to bring me my truck and I would take elsewhere to get repaired, this only took 2 minutes to retrieve my truck because it was parked in the lot outside of the service bay. I ask the service writer why they gave me a specific time to be in for service and not call me telling me of delays, his answer, DUH, I have purchased numerous F250 trucks over the years from Don Davis Ford and approx 4 years ago I told my salesman, great guy, that I would not purchase any further trucks from this dealer because of problems with service, I decided to purchase one more recently and here I am again, worst service, will never go on this lot again! More
