Service time The staff was extremely professional however what wasn't spoken was the lenght of time for just an oil and filter change in which I arrived before 9am The staff was extremely professional however what wasn't spoken was the lenght of time for just an oil and filter change in which I arrived before 9am and left at 11am with no service done because I had to be at work.It was shared that the wait time was told to me but i didn't hear that.I didn't need a courtesy wash or multi point service just oil and filter and 2hrs plus later im like wow.meet the customer needs.
