10,000 mile maintenance on 2017 Lincoln Continental I had a 3:00 appointment and got there about 15 minutes early. There were several cars lined up ahead of me. There were several service people in the offices. They finally told me to pull my car in beside the other line and it was a while before someone came out to see what I was there for. After the lady wrote up the ticket it was about 1 1/2 hours till my car was ready. (Which was what I was told it would be.) Overall it was OK. They just seemed to be disorganized to begin with. More

No Happy Was not pleased, truck was towed in, When it got there I received a phone call and was told I had a major oil leak, I told him that I have never had Was not pleased, truck was towed in, When it got there I received a phone call and was told I had a major oil leak, I told him that I have never had a oil leak. Was also told that I would receive a call by noon to let me know about my truck. Well at 2pm I called had to leave a msg (no answer) At 4pm had to leave msg no answer At 4:30 called and asked for someone else, they didn't know anything!! At 6:15pm called and finally got a hold of Steven, 1st off didn't have a oil leak (I knew I didn't have one) But her still didn't know what was wrong with my truck, couldn't find anything. He said I could pick it up, and sent a driver to pick me up. Driver got there, he kept his phone on his thigh, and every time he stopped or turned it would fall and he would be trying to grab for it. Was not happy with any of my experience here. More

Very poor customer service It took a week for them to even be able to look at my vehicle. Return calls from Service Writer were not forthcoming, to such an extent I was forced t It took a week for them to even be able to look at my vehicle. Return calls from Service Writer were not forthcoming, to such an extent I was forced to visit the dealership in person just to obtain information about my repairs. My batter failed 24 hours after I picked up after repairs. I had requested battery service and check up. After replacing the battery, fully read the paperwork and saw where the technician indicated the vehicle needed a new battery. The dealership did not inform me a new battery was needed, nor did they offer to sell and install one. I cannot imagine a scenario that would lead me to return to Don Davis with a vehicle needing repairs. More
