Very poor customer service It took a week for them to even be able to look at my vehicle. Return calls from Service Writer were not forthcoming, to such an extent I was forced t It took a week for them to even be able to look at my vehicle. Return calls from Service Writer were not forthcoming, to such an extent I was forced to visit the dealership in person just to obtain information about my repairs. My batter failed 24 hours after I picked up after repairs. I had requested battery service and check up. After replacing the battery, fully read the paperwork and saw where the technician indicated the vehicle needed a new battery. The dealership did not inform me a new battery was needed, nor did they offer to sell and install one. I cannot imagine a scenario that would lead me to return to Don Davis with a vehicle needing repairs. More
1st Oil Change on my Certified Pre-Own 2015 Escape I had an appointment during for during the weeks so that my wait time should be less. My Appt was on a Wednesday at 4:30pm I arrived at 4:20pm. The service tech had the appt with come to find out he had only been there for maybe 1 month. He took down all my vehicle information and then I asked how long it would take and he replied 1 1/2 - 2 Hours (For an Oil Change), he pointed to the customer reception area and said I could wait in there. As I walked in the reception area the area felt very old and not relaxing. 1 1/2+ went by and finally my service tech came in to say my vehicle was ready. he handed my a portfolio of my vehicles SO CALLED multi point inspection, and then walked me to the cashier. After I paid I was handed my KEY-FOB only and I asked were was the rest of my keys and I was told they remove the Key-fob from the key rings and leave the rest of the keys in the vehicle. Then the proceeded to tell me that my vehicle was parked out front (No one walked me to my car) - Once I got to my vehicle I noticed that it wasn't washed or vacuumed out. I was so mad I just left I felt like a 2nd class citizen. I have been to several other dealerships (Ford, Honda) and was treated with better customer service and nicer reception areas. My service advisor realized the severity of the issue I was having with my truck. She got me in the next business day and had the technician come out and talk with me about it.
