So much for having a warranty The back up camera stopped working months ago and I received an error message that said contact the dealership. This problem has been going on for ove The back up camera stopped working months ago and I received an error message that said contact the dealership. This problem has been going on for over six months. I took my car in for a repair on the trunk that wouldn’t open and the camera previously. The trunk was repaired, however, the camera was not so I reported the issue again, finally got my car back into the dealership and sent pictures of the issues with the camera including lines going through the screen the error message saying contact the dealership, etc. Five days later, the service manager says they can’t replicate the issue and there are no error codes, so they can’t fix it. I asked, what was the point of me sending you pictures of the issues with the camera and the error code that said contact the dealership? She stated that there was nothing they could do. My extended warranty will be expiring at the end of this year and unless I can bring my car in at the exact time when the issue is occurring, apparently it’s never going to be fixed. I understand that Jessica was simply the messenger and it’s the technicians that are saying they cannot fix the problem, however, I feel like I left the dealership without any resolution More

Terrible! I arrived at 12:50 for a 1 o'clock appointment to have a bulb replaced in my headlights. I was told it would 1-1 1/2 hours for my service to be comple I arrived at 12:50 for a 1 o'clock appointment to have a bulb replaced in my headlights. I was told it would 1-1 1/2 hours for my service to be completed but at the very latest 2 hours so I chose to wait. Three hours later I asked my service tech the ETA. He said he would check on it right away. Thirty minutes later he comes to tell me that not only had my vehicle not been serviced, but that the part (a bulb) was not even available there and wouldn't be until around 2 pm the next day! So I basically spent 3-4 hours of my day for absolutely NOTHING! My wife had the same experience a month or two ago herself. This speaks volumes of what the service department thinks of it's customer's time and inconvenience! More
