Worked with my timeline Steven Lynn was so great to work with! Typical dealership Oil change I typically get try to get Stephen when I come in, because he's been so personal and just an all around amazing service person. This time I had to mak I typically get try to get Stephen when I come in, because he's been so personal and just an all around amazing service person. This time I had to make an appointment and was not able to get Stephen. I had another service person named Bill. I did not even meet Bill, another lady came out and took down all my information, had me sign paperwork and I left my car there. I did not receive any notification that my car was done, I had called and asked which he replied it was but that I needed to have one tire replaced due to a nail. Which was going to cost me $150 extra; I went to pick up my car, without paying for a replacement tire, they brought the keys up to the front desk and as I went to leave my car was not out front, this isn't the first time it's happened but since I had called and said that I was on my way, I expected my car to be ready to go. I had to hand back my keys, and wait for them to bring it around, but there is still the notification on the display saying I need to change my oil. I assumed it would be like when I put air in my tires and it needs to be driven a few miles before it turns itself off. It still has not turned itself off. When I had called Bill said that they could not patch the nail in my tire, I took it to Discount Tire down the street and had it patched for free with no issues whatsoever. The girl working the counter to pay was really nice and prompt with having me pay my bill and getting my car brought around to the front for me. The reason I keep coming back is for 'The Works' oil change, less than $50 for all fluids, brakes, and tires to be checked and an oil change is really good. I tried to go to Jiffy Lube one time and for my 4 cylinder it ran me about $75+. More

Happy Customer The young man was very helpful from start to finish. I was having problems with a leased Lincoln which I had for almost 3 years. (the lady in the se The young man was very helpful from start to finish. I was having problems with a leased Lincoln which I had for almost 3 years. (the lady in the service department was being unhelpful when I called regarding the problem I was having with it.). I reached out to the sales person who was trying to reach me (I forgot his name, I think Mr. Jones) and he walked me through getting my problem taken care of. In doing so everything worked out wonderfully. He showed me a few option I had (relating to an upgrade on a new lease or the purchase of one. He didn't hassle me nor did he try to over talk me; he gave me time to think about my decision and for that I was appreciative. I'm very with my purchase, drove way without a big headache and it didn't take all day. However I am still waiting for that $200.00 credit or gift card he promised. More
