The online pricing was honored, in full, when we arrived at the dealership for a look. Xavier Echendu helped us when we arrived at the dealership, the one truck we were interested in was ready for us to review. Xavier was familiar with the truck features. Both Chad and Walker were very personable and genuine; never felt rehearsed or insincere in order to gain the sale. When we stated we had other trucks to look at and would get back to them in the next few days, they were both very understanding with no attitude or talking to us like we were stupid to not buy the truck at DD. We asked for out the door pricing so we could be knowledgeable in our comparison and they were quick to get to a price that we wanted. Very impressed, it never felt like a typical car buying of pressure and mixing around numbers to make it look like what you wanted. Emilia assisted with our financing and also was very informative and friendly.
