Provided support to Jacob and treated me me with the utmost respect and great customer service. I was impressed the moment Gus came out with Jacob the first 5 minutes of my visit to the dealership to buy my vehicle. Both greeted me, treated me with respect and was very attentive all the way through my buying experience. I am a female who was shopping on my own and there was no other dealership that gave me the respect and customer service that Gus and Jacob did. They are the reason I bought from Don Davis. Even the follow-up after my purchase and the items that needed to be fixed. Jacob assured me - they would make it right and Don Davis did. I couldn’t be happier with my MKC and the experience buying from Jacob and Gus. I was stranded and Don Davis was the closest Ford dealership Very nice staff. I think the man's name was "Billy" that helped me. Maintenance not done properly I purchased my 2016 Subaru WRX about 30 days ago. 48 hours after purchasing my car, it would not start and upon opening the hood, noticed the car batt I purchased my 2016 Subaru WRX about 30 days ago. 48 hours after purchasing my car, it would not start and upon opening the hood, noticed the car battery was not even connected; wires only laying on battery. When I contacted the sales guy, he acted like it was no big deal. Now the vehicle acts like it’s about to die when stopped, so went back to the dealership. They did send a mechanic to ride in the car to pinpoint issue but could not replicate issue. I told the used sales manager that I didn’t trust the maintenance was done properly when I purchased this car. I went home and had a mechanic ACTUALLY look under the hood a low and behold there’s zero coolant. This dealership did not do proper maintenance when selling this car. Would not trust them to service my car again. More
