Multiple people catered to us, and I was impressed by the team work of the entire dealership. We were greeted by Nicholas as soon as we walked in the door by a friendly smile! I was impressed by how kind and patient he was. Nicholas made the entire experience enjoyable, and he was very professional. He was very attentive and organized, and I didn't feel like he was trying to push unwanted products on us. I accidentally left my sunglasses in my trade vehicle, and I didn't realize it until we were home. Nicholas even went above and beyond to ensure I received my sunglasses! Overall great experience!
