Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous! Just looking, so I thought. I was approached in my vehicle as I was "just looking" by a VERY friendly guy named LeRoi Bemenu. He was so happy and friendly, I couldn't help but engage with him. By the time we finished engaging, I was driving an MKC and then an MKX. Purchased the MKX at the end of the day...as LeRoi and manager, Gus Guthrie walked us, happily, through the process. The negotiation process seemed fair...we both were winners at the conclusion. Bobby Jones in finance worked as quickly and diligently as possible to get through the paperwork process. That part is always a lengthy one...wish there was a way to speed that part up. Bobby was as friendly and congenial as LeRoi and Gus ... we are very pleased with our purchase and the great customer service we received from Don Davis...looking forward to our new relationship! More
