ABOVE & BEYOND This dealership is amazing! Not only did they fix the recall on my vehicle they drop me off back home and picked me up so that I can get my car back! This dealership is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Will be back. We went in knowing which 3 models we wanted to look at and what features were needed. Our salesperson took note of our requests including the exact vehicle on the lot we wanted to see and then a manager came in. After repeating ourselves to the manager, three cars were brought forward for us to look at it. Since we knew what we wanted, there was no need to upsell on another product which was a waste of time. We test drove 2 vehicles, not the upsell model, and purchased one of the vehicles we test drove which was the first vehicle we asked for. I would suggest that the manager trust the salesperson and not waste our time duplicating his efforts to determine what we needed and/or wanted. We selected custom leather and headed over to the office to settle up. Some of our info was already in the system which was great, but it took a LOOOOOOONG time to get the data entered and numbers finalized. All in all, a good experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly. Our salesperson answered every question with a solid answer. This is our 3rd time purchasing at this dealer and we will go back again. More

Over 2 hours I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change and was there 10 minutes early. Only to leave at 1:07pm. Ridiculous. "Suggesting" a lot of unnecessary extras This isn't the first time "extras" were offered, but this time I was aware of their tactics. Once again, their "service advisor" advised to do some extra-cost stuff, which I declined. The "recommendations" included replace air filter element, "Found engine air filter dirty." The filter had less than 15,000 miles on it and, when I removed the cover, it was pristine! Not a speck of dirt. The "recommendations" included perform 4-wheel alignment. Don Davis aligned all wheels, at my expense, at 30,000 miles (November 24). Scam. Really POed... More
