Brakes took over 3 hours Even though I had an appointment it took 3 hours to do a simple brake pad replacement. Seriously?!? 3 hours. I got them not even a year ago at discount tires when I told him that he said well you get what you pay for. I got 79000 miles on my last set that why I bought the same tires I was told on the phone when scheduling appointment brakes woulould be 179.95. Hahaha. It was 179.95 per axcel Smh More

Worst experience I have ever had at buying a car I found what I thought was a very good advertised price for a truck and inquired about it. I sent them a credit application online hoping it would mak I found what I thought was a very good advertised price for a truck and inquired about it. After the test drive they ask how much I can put down then they bring back their offer that raised the price of the truck by the amount of my down payment saying that was for dealer added items. Now it has been three weeks and I still have not received copies of the loan and other paperwork. It takes forever for them to return calls (if they do). More

Confused I have taken my car to this dealership serveral times for the same reason. I am always told they can never replicate the squeeking coming from my brea I have taken my car to this dealership serveral times for the same reason. Also the hand wash is horrible and they did not vacuum out the inside as promised. Last time a wrench was left in the area by the gas tank.. Not sure what is going on here. More
