Willie is the best car sales associate EVER! I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Willie Woodard. I am a slow buyer in general and to top that off I was purchasing from out o I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Willie Woodard. I am a slow buyer in general and to top that off I was purchasing from out of state. I had many questions about the Lexus vehicle that was for sale and even though they are a Lincoln/Ford dealer Willie worked hard to get answers for me. Since I could not see the car in person before buying Willie even accommodated my having a 3rd party PPI done by a local company. We negotiated on the price and it was straight forward and quick with no games. Once we were sent on a price I had the challenge of having the vehicle delivered to me in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. After looking at options (none of them very good) Willie on his own accord offered to deliver the vehicle himself driving the 950 miles! He did this immediately! For a more than fair price after closing the sale at 4pm on Friday, by 2pm Saturday the vehicle and Willie were in my driveway!! The car was exactly as expected. Willie must have been exhausted but remained patient and polite as we went through the paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Willie for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. He is a joy to work with and a stand up guy. More

Above and Beyond On 11/30/17 Wednesday I was faced with a hardship and dilemma No parent should have to go through. I purchased and co-signed for my child a vehicle. On 11/30/17 Wednesday I was faced with a hardship and dilemma No parent should have to go through. I purchased and co-signed for my child a vehicle. After 3 months he decided he didin't want it. So I made the car payments in order to keep my credit in good standing. My family was helping me and did so for 12 month until they themselves fell into financial hardship. I tried to find another avenue and the only alternative was to bring the truck back for Repossession. See I believe that I am a good Christian woman and always trying to do the right thing. I'"m 56 years old and disabled so I understand how important we should all strive to do right in life. I wrestled with this for 2 weeks. hoping something would change, I prayed and asked God for a sign a Miracle. I walked in and asked to speak to someone regarding a Repossession. This was the most humbling experience and I was overwhelmed and very embarrassed to be going through this, This gentleman was very gracious to listen and encouraged me by saying I have paid off cars and my credit was fair and that I needed to know, and I did know it would Ruin me for years down the road. My mission was to take the Hit and deal with my Mistake, Nino was kind enough to remind me at my lowest point that No one deserves to be punished for trying to do the right for our children.. So he said give me a little time to see what he could do. At that point I just thought , I can't get into a contract I just needed a way out . I was trying to hold onto what little bit of Hope and dignity I had left. I left feeling that tomorrow just turn in the truck and He wouldn't call, It was 7 o'clock that evening when he called. I thought he'd gone home it was past 6..I stayed in prayer all day and waited for the 13th hour when it's the last bit of Hope you hold onto.God's promise. He called asking me about a used car, I told him I couldn't afford more than this amount. He kept trying,.. He kept my credit in good standing, No REPO' and sold me a 2014, A 7 yr. upgrade then my 2007 Jeep. Thank you God for My Miracle and for Nino Castillo. Mr Davis , Sir you should be honored to have such a dedicated employee and Finance Manager who not only took the initiative and emulates such integrity to his job but mostly to his customers. and your Company name # blessed . I love my new jeep! More

Quick and easy process! I knew what car I wanted from the used car department and the salesman got me the price I wanted. He was also fair on my trade in.
