He has a quality that most organizations would look for in a salesperson and that is the art of listening. Nino was very well informed and knew his product quite well. When it came to negotiating the price and the trade, they handled this professionally as well and I believe that both parties were pleased. We were out of state buyers and this is our 2nd vehicle purchase from a Don Davis dealer. Our first was at Don Davis Nissan and I would also recommend them as well. Keep up the great work Don Davis; customers are earned one at a time and your commitment to providing outstanding service will ensure you are around for many years to come. Nino, you represent Don Davis and the auto profession quite well and for being so early on in your career, never lose those ideals - they will take you far! My only recommendation is for less confusion with the Ford Financing in which the rebates and the interest rates work against each other. This is something Ford needs to address and the dealers don't have much control - yet. This literally should not be a practice, especially for those with exceptional credit and we found this to be a bit insulting. Again, this is Ford, not the dealership.
