What a positive experience! Andrew Rutherford has the patience of a saint! I arrived prior to 12:noon and explained my goal to drive out that afternoon in a new car. Andrew listened well and quickly rolled out four different models that reflected what I had described. I looked at all four and drove all four. I eliminated one. Then, I dithered. First, I wanted to see other possible options and wanted to discuss pros and cons. Andrews graciously accommodated that request and I went back to the initial three cars. I was then able to identify the model I wanted, but wanted to see examples of interior and exterior color options. Andrew scoured the lot for me. When I finally made my color decision, the model I wanted with the colors I wanted was not in inventory. Andrew collaborated with Mark Plummer and the next thing I knew, they had found "the" car in the inventory of another dealership. They worked their magic, procured the car, and I happily drove out of the dealership in my new car that same afternoon. Andrew Rutherford spent in excess of five hours graciously and patiently listening to me as I considered possibilities and vacillated between options. I never felt rushed and Andrew gave careful consideration to each of my myriad of questions. I also very much appreciated the fact that he never pushed a more expensive model or option. It felt as if he endeavored to provided candid responses to my pro and con queries. This was our first experience with Andrew Rutherford. My compliments to the Don Davis Group. First Patrick Golden replied to my email in a timely manner answering all my questions. We went in on Saturday and met him. He was exceptionally nice and courteous. My 2010 car lease was due to expire 5-18-13. When I know I am going to have to lease a new car, I go to the State Fair in the fall (2012) to look at the new cars. When I walked by the Lincoln MKZ on display I am going to have to lease a new car, I go to the State Fair in the fall (2012) to look at the new cars. When I walked by the Lincoln MKZ on display, I stopped and told my husband I want that car. We spoke to the representative and she gave me a lot of info. I started receiving information from Ford, even before the cars were in dealerships. In March, I went to the dealer. At the time, not very many cars had been received at any dealership and they were selling almost as fast as they were coming in. We worked for months in getting the price and options I wanted that fit my budget. Tyrone Robinson was the best salesperson I think I have ever had. So respectful and making sure we were taking care of through the whole process. The exterior color, Bordeaux Reserve only came in interiors of the charcoal black and the light dune. I'm a type of person that likes something different. I wanted the hazelnut interior and also the sunshade on back window. Being none could be found in our state or neighboring states, I ended up ordering my MKZ. When Tyrone called me and said the car had come in, he said it was beautiful, the two colors offset each other and really looked nice. Said dealership was so impressed with the look that they would be ordering more MKZ's in those colors. Tyrone told me I was the only one that had this color and options. Of course that will be short lived, and I'll be seeing more and more in the year, just like mine. Everyone at the dealership took care of me. I work in a company that stresses customer satisfaction and ratings of 10. Don Davis Ford has received a "10" from me. More
I bought a 2013 Ford F150 Truck from Irvin Bunton in January. Irvin was busy with another customer when we arrived, so he had Ezequiel Araiza assist us in the purchase of our car. Ezequiel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were buying that I would recommend him to my friends and family members in the future. Irvin and Ezequiel make a great team for Don Davis!
