My husband and I are very pleased to have gotten the chance to meet Mr. Woodard. We initially intended to buy a used car but got a new one instead. When he found a car similar to the one we wanted, I wasn't so sure. Instead of pushing me to get that car that I wasn't so thrilled about, he looked for one that he thought would make me more happy. He wasn't like other salesman that push just to get their sale. He actually listen and took his time to understand what it was we wanted. Never did i felt pressured. He was so patient with us. My dad went with us. He likes to ask a lot of questions that to some sales people might get irritating, but not Mr. Woodard. He answered all our question always with a smile. I test drove a 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid and it was a great car to drive and was beautiful. It was the new Bordeaux color with the new interior color (hazelnut) which is awesome and had the newer darker wheels car to drive and was beautiful. Lincoln has done an excellant job on this car. Technology has been upgraded since I purchased my 2011 MKS. Audrey Roundtree was my sales person and she did a great job with my test drive. She is very knowledgeable on the Lincoln product and made my test drive a positive experience. Don Davis is our dealer of choice. More
