We went to the dealership just to have something to do. We had been talking about a car, a lincoln mkx, but were not planning on purchasing one at this time. We didn't have this experience at all. He got help from his sales manager when he needed a question answered, but handled himself very professionally and gave us the feeling that he was someone we could trust. We noticed an explorer in the parking lot, the year of the car we were looking for, and color. It had everything we wanted in the lincoln. He showed us the car and we loved it. Honestly, had we not had a salesperson with his demeanor, we might not have even stayed and talked to him. Tony was also an unforgettable experience for our husband and I. What a wonderful man! We first visited Don Davis about a month before our second visit when we purchased our wonderful F-150 on March 23, 2013. On both visits we were not pressured to purchase a vehicle. We were very impressed with this because we had visited another dealership in the metroplex that was extremely aggressive and pushy about making a sale which turned us off immediately! Andrew was very patient, positive and understanding with us as we negotiated. The finance gentleman ( I can't think of his name) was very pleasant as well. Tony A. who completed all the paperwork was also very personable. Don Davis has a superior group of people who work there. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! Antoine was extremely friendly and helpful! I wasn't sure what I wanted when I initially went in but he helped me through everything! I feel like management or anybody of a superior position should have sure what I wanted when I initially went in but he helped me through everything! I feel like management or anybody of a superior position should have made their presence known, swinging in and saying high would have done it. The service department could use some work, again, something management should have handled. (I waited 4 hours for a clean, oil change, inspection, etc. ended up only getting a vacuum job because they were apparently out of Mobil one oil) I do understand they're busy so maybe that was the situation yet the office didn't seem too busy. All-in-all I would definitely purchase from Don Davis again, Antoine really did make the experience quick, easy, and absolutely satisfying. Thanks bud! More
