I feel they gave us a very fair trade in value on our 2011 BMW X5, and the General Manager, Mark Plummer, offered us the final deal which we accepted with pleasure. We decided to do the 0% financing and dustin Hambrick, the business manager, was very helpful in explaining all that that entailed.
