We purchased a used Honda for our son from Rob Forgy a couple of months ago. Because we were so accustomed to large, gas guzzlers, moving into a smaller, economical vehicle was a tough transition. But, Rob took us on test-drive after test-drive without any hesitation. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us as we tried to decide which vehicle to choose. Once again, Rob and Mark Plummer, offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. We are very happy with the Escape and especially love paying 1/3 the fuel cost. However, I do anticipate that we will trade our Suburban for an F-150 in the near future! This is my first new vehicle purchase and my first time dealing with Don Davis Ford, I dealt with the internet manager Andrew Rutherford. First of all, I spoke with him on the phone after viewing their website and offers, he was not pushy, only accommodating. We set a time to view a truck that I was interested in. I took it for a test drive and he demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the new Ford 150 4x4 with the eco boost very well. We spent around an hour going over the truck after the test drive. He went over the numbers with me and they met my criteria. I then dealt with Dustin Hambrick in the finance department, he was friendly and worked out a deal with me on the extended warranty, and we were able to come to a finance agreement after a little friendly back and forth negotiating. After the financing was taken care of, Andrew went over some more details about the trucks controls and features for about an hour, he really went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with my new truck and the entire experience. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone going to Don Davis Ford. Everything went smooth. More

Michael went out of his way to make sure everything was satisfactory, even to the extent of coming to my home to set up my home link so my gate would open.
