I was browsing the internet for a Mustang when I found the one I was looking for at Don Davis. It was perfect. The internet chat popped up and after a few minutes of chatting I was in contact with Anthony the one I was looking for at Don Davis. It was perfect. The internet chat popped up and after a few minutes of chatting I was in contact with Anthony Cooper and he took care of everything from the sale price to a fair price for my trade in. I talked the deal over with my wife and we drove to Arlington and stayed the night. We got up the next morning and were greated by Anthony and Larry before we even got close to entering the dealership. Everything was basically taken care of by email and a couple of phone calls. This is the way all new vehicle purchases should be. No hassle and no pressure. I will be a return customer. The only downside is that it is 6 hours from where I live, but it was well worth the time to drive this far to get a good deal and be treated with respect. Thanks to everyone at Don Davis for the great buying experience. More
Overall good experience. Bought a used truck with VERY low miles. Feel like I got a good deal. Antoine was very nice. Not pushy. If you are not willing to stand by a price that your salesman offers a customer, then more training and communication is needed within your team. I ended up paying $500 more than that mentioned price. So no "5s", as there is always room for improvement. However, I would recommend your dealership to others. More

My Husband surprised me with my new Lincoln MKT for Christmas! This is also the second car we have purchased from Don Davis Dealerships because they take pride in giving their customers a positive exp Christmas! We were fortunate to have Michael Boodagh as our sales associate. He delivered my car to my home and spent a few hours explaining every detail. He helped me set up my sync system with all the settings including: changing the inside lights to my favorite color (which there is plenty to choose from), pairing my phone, setting my navigation to specific places, and showing me how to use voice commands. He also went through all the driving options like (sport mode, fuel efficiency gages, cruise control (which has a car length distance monitor), and parallel parking button, to name a few. Since then, Michael has followed up with us a number of time to see how I'm enjoying driving my new car. I have also called Michael to ask him questions about sync or how to change some settings (I could have found them in the drivers manual) but Michael happily took the time to explain what I needed over the phone. Michael is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional. I would purchase another car from Michael Boodagh at Don Davis! NOTE: Since December I have driven over 13,000 miles and have had an opportunity to work with Don Davis service department! (Which Michael facilitated me in working with Daniel Reyes. Daniel was also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He asked me if I had any questions and made sure I knew what was being done with my Lincoln MKT (and approximately how long it would take). Daniel checked on my car and gave me an update. When I received my car I was so surprised it was done so quickly and they washed it for me!! Thank You Michael Boodah for make our experience a joy!! More

I received a telephone call from the dealership advising that possibly I could get a new truck to replace my current F150 [previously purchased at Don Davis Ford] with the same payment or lower than the one that possibly I could get a new truck to replace my current F150 [previously purchased at Don Davis Ford] with the same payment or lower than the one that was currently being paid. I obtained my truck payoff and furnished the salesman my current payment, payoff amount, and the type of vehicle I wanted. The salesman reviewed the numbers and my finance needs and returned a call to me so as to have my truck evaluated. I drove to the dealership and my 2011 Ford 150 was quickly evaluated. Shortly, the salesman advised the deal could be done. Everyone in the dealership was most professional. The sale was accomplished in a timely manner. The F150 I purchased was a Lariat model, as was the previous 2011 model, but with an upgrade of the moonroof and navigation system. Don Davis Ford met all of my expectations and I am very pleased with the purchase. I have been a Don Davis customer for many years. Their customer service is the best. Features such as tire guard, new vehicle introduction meeting, and the responsiveness of the service department are just a few of the things that make Don Davis an outstanding dealership. Although I have been a Don Davis customer for many years [previous Don Davis Dodge] I am sold on Ford primarily because of the ECOboost 3.5L V6 engine. This is the best engine on the market today. The engine is most powerful making towing a breeze and your vehicle very quick when passing another vehicle, and stills gets good mileage. Michael Boodagh was my sales representative. Handsdown he is the best sales representative I have ever met. He is most knowledgeable about the many systems on the vehicle. It would be a good idea to seek him out if you are looking for any vehicle sold by the Don Davis group. Thank you Michael, you have made me a happy man with this new truck. More
