I made contact initially thru their website and received email responses back. I had found the exact car I was looking for and we were able to come up with an exact price thru a few email exchanges. I set an appointment with Pat and he was ready and waiting for me with the car pulled up ready to go. There was zero pressure and all of the numbers matched up to what we had discussed. After our test drive and demonstration we agreed on the numbers and Pat escorted us over to the Finance department. Once again there wer no surprises and no pressure. Things went about as smooth as expected. Once we were done with the finance dept Pat met us again and gave us the update on the car prep and let us know it would be about 45 more minutes and that if we wanted to hang out we could or we could go grab lunch. We went to lunch and after about 45 minutes Pat calls to let me know the car is ready for pick up right on time. Get back there and Pat does a good job of showing me the car's features. I let him know not to go into too much as I am a tech nut and wanted to discover things on my own. We received a thank you email and a thank you card thru the mail and Pat was sure to follow up on an issue I was having with my Ford Sync. All is working great now and I'm very happy with everything. We setup a time to meet at the dealership and Andrew had a couple of trucks out waiting, ready for me to look at. The friendliness of everyone from Andrew, to Jason Kramer, and to the guys in Finance really impressed me. This was probably one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle ever. The only bad thing I can say is that I had to wait until the next day to drive my new F-150 home.. but that was my fault because I got to the dealership so late. Everyone here went above and beyond to make me happy, and ultimately got me a into a truck I absolutely love with a price that works great for me. I will definitely return for my wife's vehicle purchase, and recommend these guys to anyone I know. More

He took the time to explain the differences between the Limited (We ended up purchasing) and the XLT. He showed all the options and explained their use. He allowed us to purchase what we wanted, and he did not pressure us in one direction or another. While driving each vehicle he explained the new technology, to us and in some cases over and over again, without loosing his professional and friendly demeanor. The dealership was spotless and everyone we met courtious and wanted to help. I am going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

My wife found a 2012 Ford Explorer online that she really wanted. I took a day off of work to go in, preparing for the beating that usually goes with buying a car. As soon as I walked up a salesperson pounced on me in the hopes of sucking the blood out of my bank account. Actually, what I found was quite different. My salesperson was named Ishmael and he was as honest, easy to work with, and friendly as any car salesman I've ever come across. He made the process far less painful and drawn out as any I've ever experienced and we got the Explorer for a great price and I was out of there in less time that I thought possible. More
