I found the car online and asked for quote. Patrick responded that car was in route from factory and he would alert me when its in. A week later, he acutally did. I was able to ask questions and negotiate a price via email. I came in on Saturday, did the test drive, and bought it. No games, no gimmicks, no last minute price changes or add ons, no vapor cars (thats my definition of cars that are advertised but mysteriously disappear when you arrive) and just a painless and honest business deal. Thanks Don Davis and Patrick in restoring my faith that your customers are still important and deserve respect and dignity. Do yourself a favor and buy your next Ford here!!!!!! More

Upon my arrival he was with another customer, he explained the situation to me and ask if I did not mind waiting. During my wait he peiodically checked on me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything (we had lots of laughs along the way). At the end of my day I walked away with a spanking brand new 2013 Ford Edge and a smile on face. The staff was very professional and the one thing I liked the most is that they were friendly with a sense of humor and NO pressure. I had plenty of laughs though out the day.
