Andrew Rutherford showed me the Ford Connect/Transit which I would have liked to own but the height would not have clear my garage door. Then he acted in a very professional manner to show all the features of the Transit to make sure I would be a happy customer owning a commercial vehicle. I told him I had really been thinking about the Toyota Prius. I had shopped several dealerships near Duncanville and a few weeks ago I ran by Toyota Irving and sat in the car because I was between appointments and didn't have time to drive it. I knew I wanted a car that got excellent gas milage. He met me at the Don Davis Toyota driving a Fusion/Hybrid which I would have loved to own as well but the price was a factor because it was top of the line. He worked well with all the Toyota staff and got Ramona to answer all our questions. It appears Andrew loves his job and he is very good at selling vehicles. More

My experience at Don Davis Ford was definately better and more than I expected. Being employed in the Auto Industry for over 11 years, I'll admit I expected the same 'you're just my commission check' attitu more than I expected. He showed a positive attitude thru-out.The knowledge of my trucks newest improvments in Ford Trucks was very helpful.In fact not only did he walk me thru the options in detail he took the time to address some of them himself allowing me to enjoy some of them immediatly while I learn the rest at my own pace. The delivery of my truck was concluded by providing a touch up cleaning and a full tank of gas. Since then he has given me a follow up phone call just to assure me if I have any questions or need help not to hesitate to stop by or call.Thanks Eric for your service. My husband and I were treated as VIPs. We were welcomed in immediately when we arrived at the dealership. We called ahead with the description of the car we wanted, and they had the car under a shade alrea in immediately when we arrived at the dealership. Both Eric and Burl were extremely polite, and so respectful. We were informed of all of the car details including meeting the staff who would be changing the oil and upkeep of the car. I could not have been more impressed. When Eric and Burl were doing their work to get us the car, the rest of the dealers kept us company and talked with us. The General Manager kept checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. I can't imagine ever looking for a vehicle anywhere else. More

I bought a beautiful brand new Gotta Have It Green Boss 302 working with Mark Plumber on the phone and Andrew Rutherford at the Dealership. Car purchases can take awhile, especially with a car like this, though Andrew was in no hurry, and made me feel comfortable during the purchasing process. He stayed half an hour after the dealership closed to show me everything the car had to offer. This is my first ever Ford purchase, and I'm VERY glad he gave me a demo on how to use the Microsoft Synch technology that came with the car. I could spend days learning how to use everything, though the 15-20 minute car demo was a good jump start. There was 1 little snag in financing that I had to follow up on, though all in all it was a great experience with a great deal and I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Boss 302 with no regrets! More
