I had a horrible experience at a Jeep dealership on the Friday before I went to Don Davis so I was not looking forward to dealing with a "car salesmen I had a horrible experience at a Jeep dealership on the Friday before I went to Don Davis so I was not looking forward to dealing with a "car salesmen" right off the bat I told John-Michael that I was not going to be fun to deal with because of my horrible experience and he was absolutely wonderful. Never once did he pressure me into talking about my "monthly payments" or the amount I wanted to finance. He trusted that I knew I could afford the car we were looking at and let me see it and take it for a spin without really haggling me for much information. The whole process was very smooth and I had such a great experience. I won't be needing a new car for awhile but when the time comes again, I will be back at Don Davis and asking for John-Michael. Antoine greeted us at the dealership and showed us the car and its features. He accompanied us on the test drive and allowed us to test car under a variety of circumstances. When we expressed interest in the car, he gave us the Carfax report and communicated to the sales manager that we were serious buyers and obtained a preliminary price for the car. At no time did we feel that Antoine was pressuring us about the car. When we counter-offered on the car, Antoine communicated to us the lowest number that the sales manager could approve, and we accepted the deal. Since our schedules are very tight, he met us at the dealership as soon as they opened and walked us through the paperwork quickly. We were very satisfied with every aspect of the car purchase from Antoine and Don Davis Ford: Selection, Service, Sales, and Price. More
