I also wanted to give a shout out to Ezekial (don't know his last name)the young man that was prepping the showroom cars early on the Saturday morning we were there. He engaged us in conversation, and then, while we were waiting for Will to get the keys for the models I wanted to test drive, gave us a mini presentation on the C-Max. He was very knowledgeable about the car, he was very personable, and is a great asset to your company. He was quite convincing and helped me decide to buy the C-Max. It was very noticable that he cares about his work and loves what he is doing. The finance portion of the deal went well, I felt that I was listened to and that a deal was made that was satisfying to all of us. Jason was very helpful, and Danny Grady got us in and out of the paperwork signing in record time. I have purchased many new cars in the past, and I have never had the financing end of things go so swiftly or so smoothly. I want to applaud the Don Davis dealership and the management staff for the attitude of customer service that all of the staff I encountered exhibit. If you are selling alot of vehicles lately I am absolutely convinced it is because of that. We had looked at a new Ford C-Max at another dealership in the metroplex closer to our home in Flower Mound prior to coming to Don Davis last month. He was fantastic and was able to demonstrate all the features and was MUCH more knowledgable than the salesman we had spoken to at the other location. We were able to work a great deal with him and the entire transaction was great. I will absolutely call Will in the future and go to Don Davis for my next vehicle purchase. Everyone we dealt with, from Mark to Will to Dustin Hambrick in Finance were very knowledgable, courteous, and professional. This is a great team to work with. More
I was in the market for a new or used truck. Utilizing your website I found a vehicle I was interested in at the used lot of Don Davis Nissan. I had previously worked with sales associate Michael Boodagh and was happy with his services and willingness to help. I contacted Michael and he had the vehicle brought to his lot for me to inspect and drive. I informed Michael that I had shopped around at other dealers and he and his manager matched my trade in offer from previous dealerships and offered a fair price on the truck. They treated me with respect and eliminated the game of haggling back and forth. This saved me time, money, and the headache that goes with. I was impressed by the willingness to make a deal happen and will definitely give Don Davis the first opportunity for my next vehicle purchase. More
My brother was helping me select a new(er) car, and we agreed to start out by looking at Fords, since Ford Motor Co. didn't take any of the goofy "bailout money" that others did. So we did some internet research, and found 3 possibilities at Don Davis and one at another dealership. Willie Woodard met us at the dealership, and later Justin Petty came by just to say hi and ask if there was anything we needed (no). Willie then took us to give me a chance to drive the three cars. I would have been satisfied with any of the 3, but really liked one of them. We then went to look at the 4th car, but were unimpressed with the dealership. We then came home and I spent 2 hours finding nothing else of interest on the internet. So I called Willie and told him we would be in Monday (this was Saturday) to finalize things (it would have been Monday before funds would be available). He asked, perhaps being a little bit pushy, if we couldn't finalize things that nite. I agreed and we did so. Danny Grady from the business office handled the paperwork. I was/am very happy with the car, and felt the overall experience at the dealership with Willie, Justin and Danny was excellent. I would have no reservations about recommending Willie or the dealership to anyone. More

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle for her use. We haven't puchased a new car in over 12 years, so we were a little overwhelmed with the technolgy and slighlty suprised at the associated cost for it. haven't puchased a new car in over 12 years, so we were a little overwhelmed with the technolgy and slighlty suprised at the associated cost for it. We knew what we wanted and it was only a question of buying new or used. In light of this, we were still at the dealership at least 7 hours on our own accord. Will greeted us when we arrived in the morning and took care of US until we drove off the lot that evening after dark. He was patient, attentive, and exerted no pressure. He wasn't worried about addressing other potential buyers. We felt great about the purchase (really not an investment) and will hopefully get comfortable with the monthly payment. I woke up the next morning praying I was drunk the day before and that the price I paid was only a bad dream. When I walked out of the house to look in the driveway and saw that beautiful MKX sitting there, that bad boy buyers remorse jumped on my back. It's been two days now, and I think it's gone. WE ARE EXCITED!!!! More
