This is the third truck that I have purchased from them and it has been a great experience every time. That is why I went back. John worked real hard to get me the best finance rate possible and even after all paperwork was signed and done there was a better rate that came through about 30 minutes or so later and he came and found me and tore up the prior paperwork. You are treated as if you are one of their close family members. And you are not placed in some dingy waiting room to wait for hours. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, with WiFi, coffee, and donuts. I would not use any other dealer. I listed my primary salesman, David Luginbill, but he did not display in the review. But had it not been for his telephone cold-call inviting me to come see the new trucks then I would have not gone to the dealership in the first place. David is new to the sales team but I can tell he will go far. His hard work and great attitude made my new purchase go much smoother. More
