He spent a lot of time with me showing me the different features and options and making sure I was happy with the car I was purchasing. When it came time to deal with John in finance, the experience was a breeze. He offered me several different options and reviewed everything with me carefully. He was able to beat a quote I had received elsewhere. John showed me the options but did not put pressure on me to purchase additional warranties, etc. I have purchased a few cars before and always left feeling taken advantage of. When I left the dealership in my new car, I felt like I had been treated fairly and honestly. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

From the time I waled in at Don Davis I was pleased. I was pleasantly greeted by Jennifer Trevino who took me around and showed me the vehicles I told her I was interested in. After selecting a vehicle she was very helpful in initiating a deal that fit within my budget through Tim Goodman. She took me to the finance department where I was quickly assisted by Brent Winders. The deal was perfect and I ended up leaving in a New Ford F-150 for less of a note than what I was paying on my used vehicle even after rolling in extra insurance options for my peace of mind. I went in wanting to order a vehicle. The sales manager was involved with the salesmen and said they would order it the next day. I did not receive a phone call from anyone so I called in at noon then bac was involved with the salesmen and said they would order it the next day. I did not receive a phone call from anyone so I called in at noon then back again at 4pm to find out that the person that would order the car was not in that day. The next day I was told that they would not start making the car until March first and my dead line was April 4 and they could not promise me I would get it. They looked all over the country for a car I wanted and the system showed 3 but they could not get them. So I changed what I wanted from a All wheel drive to a 2 wheel drive and they located a car. The next day I was told the car they thought they had was a demo with 4000 miles on it. I was told Ford did not discount price for demos so they found me another car. It was driven in from Oklahoma with 425 miles on it. I love the vehicle and all worked out. More

Immediately greeted at Don Davis Ford by a clean cut, personable, well dressed salesman. Told him what we wanted and were immediately shown exactly what I requested, but for $6,000 less than the first dealership. No high pressure sales tactics - just a lot of laughs and I left with a better car than I had hoped to get for a much lower price than I expected to pay. Would highly recommend this dealership and will be a customer for life as long as Mr. Plummer is the manager. More
