Thanks for the response, Mark. I feel that addressing this with your staff is certainly necessary, as my requests constantly fell on deaf ears. Your dealership literally lost a potential sale because of this. I have since bought a new car elsewhere.

Hi Brian, as you can imagine our reputation is very important to us and we work very hard at making sure it is very positive. After I covered this issue with my staff I looked into it further and was able to investigate what happened and I must admit I am a little confused. We have a management tool that tracks all opportunities, coming and going emails and incoming/outgoing calls. It appears you asked us to communicate with you via email or cell phone on 10/14. After that point we sent you three emails and called you seven times all on the cell phone number. Clearly there has been a misunderstanding and I am sure we played a big part. I am asking you to remove your DealerRater and to accept my sincere apology. Mark Plummer

You called me on a 972 number more 5+ times over a 3 week time span. This was the incorrect number to call. My mobile number has an 817 area code. Look at your logs for Oct. 17-28th. Many of the calls (to the 972 area code) occurred during that time. I personally heard these messages, and heard about them from my client. Additionally, I have the email exchange between Andrew and I about the phone calls. I will not remove my DealerRater rating.
